In collaboration with Impact Hub Geneva, the Environmental Committee from the Geneva Graduate Institute is organizing a workshop as part of the Mon Défi Carbone (My Carbon Challenge) initiative.

Our workshop, Upcycle Your Food Scraps: From Waste to Wonder, focuses on the Food theme by exploring creative and sustainable ways to repurpose everyday food waste. Through hands-on activities and discussions, the workshop demonstrates the link between food waste and greenhouse gas emissions and offers simple, actionable steps to reduce carbon emissions. The session will wrap up with a recap of key learnings, practical zero-waste tips, and resources to inspire sustainable practices beyond the workshop.
