Customer Education Community Application Form

Customer Education is the discipline of teaching customers how to use and find value from products. As a business function, it benefits customers in many stages of their journey.  But  the journey we have as leaders is challenging. And Customer Education, as a field, still has much room to grow.

  • We need help, but it's often hard to find
  • We want to learn from our peers, but how do we connect with them?
  • We want to share what we've learned, but where do we go to make our voices heard?
  • Where do we go to tackle the "thorny questions" that aren't well-addressed in other communities?

After five years of CELab, we are announcing a new way to "find the others" by creating a community dedicated to elevating the state of customer education.

Customer Education is our passion; let's grow the field together!
