Customer Education is the discipline of teaching customers how to use and find value from products. As a business function, it benefits customers in many stages of their journey. But … the journey we have as leaders is challenging. And Customer Education, as a field, still has much room to grow.

After five years of CELab, we are announcing a new way to "find the others" by creating a community dedicated to elevating the state of customer education.
