In addition to completing this form, please send the following documents (preferably in one PDF) to Anna Kull at apprenticeships@larktheatre.org

1.) A cover letter that includes why you are interested in The Lark, your long and/or short term career goals and how you think the program could help you achieve them, how your values influence your work, and why you are interested in the specific apprentice positions you are applying for.
2.) A professional work resume.
3.) A letter of recommendation. This does not need to be written for The Lark specifically and you are welcome to reuse a recommendation written for another opportunity.
