Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Achieve the daily Production target and increase productivity with minimum rejection.

2. To help in documentation and control of the ISO documentation for the production activities.
 
3. Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOPs.

4. Avoid pollution by following SOP and strictly using the equipment.

5. Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
 
6. Ensure pay good attention to Safety, Health and Environment Issues and contribute for managing them.
 
7. Ensure complete safety compliance and follow up standard procedures laid down for carrying out.
 
8. Ensure you wear required safety wears and implement the same for all working in your team.
 
9. Ensure safety equipment is kept in proper place by team.
 
10. Ensure everyone in team wears personal protection equipment.
 
11. Ensure everyone adheres to safety norms so that there is no workplace hazardous.
 
12. Ensure each one is trained on safety in team
 
13. Inform all concerned Manager about all safety and cost savings incident.
 
14. To supervise all cleaning and washing work related to column.
 
15. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
 
16.To continuously monitor the operating parameters and take corrective action then and there.
 
17. To ensure in process inspection and testing of intermediates and packing materials as per the work instructions.
 
18. Report to senior about any breakdown/Maintenance activity to reduce downtime
19. To maintain identification status of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods in his section.
 
20. To minimize wastages and spillages of raw materials and finished goods while handling and processing.
 
21. Responsible for documentation on a daily basis and maintenance of records.
 
22. Ensure cost-saving everyday by not diluting the performance and the yielding capacity.
 
23. Personally monitoring all usual or new production activities and process.
 
24. Everyday be innovative towards increasing efficiency and higher yield.
 
25. Be Innovative and contribute to do something new after getting managers approval.
 
26. Maintain daily production quality standards.
 
27. After team meeting make To-Do List in morning .
 
28. Take a round of factory everyday as soon you reach.
 
29. Attending all meetings including daily meeting.
 
30. To maintain hourly sheet on daily basis.
 
31. To revert mail within 48 hours to manager.
 
32. Responsible for following and delivering as per the process and ensure timely delivery to customers.
                                                                                                                 
33. Ensure total quality management to meet and exceed customer’s requirements.
 
34. Provide positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale at all levels where you can contribute.
 
35. Plan the various process activities and allocate the job to juniors accordingly.
 
36 . Planning and monitoring of entire shift work and allocation of supplementary work to operators as per the
requirement.
 
37. Ensure everyone contributes towards doing new or unfinished work.
 
38. To make proper allocation of work as per the members skills and knowledge.
 
39. To maintain good house-keeping in his respective plant/workplace.
 
40. Ensure plant is ready for customer visit all the time.
 
41. Any other job assigned by the Management / Superior.

2 to 7 Years.
