Grant Application: PyCascades 2025
This form is for Grants allocated to PyCascades Attendees, Speakers, and Sprint Coordinators.

How the grant works: if your grant request is accepted, you will need to provide receipts after the conference. The Python Software Foundation will issue an electronic disbursement of funds within 7 business days after all of the following: completion of the conference, the reimbursement method is provided, and receipts are submitted. We will be reaching out with more information regarding the best way to submit your receipts as well as arranging some time at the conference for you to meet with the financial aid committee to verify your identifying information. We can offer reimbursement via one of these payment options: https://www.python.org/psf/paymentoptions/.

Attendees, Speakers/Sprint Coordinators All: Complimentary tickets In-Person: Travel (Airfare), Transportation (Uber/Taxi/Bus/Train, Parking fees, etc), Lodging, Visa fees, Food (per diems)
