Thank you for your interest in the Center for Urban Teaching’s (CfUT) Summer School Program.

CfUT recruits nearly 300 teacher and leader candidates to participate in our program each year. Under the supervision of master teacher mentors, these budding educators undergo six weeks of exhilarating, intensive on-the-job training. Candidates receive specific, real-time feedback, while having the invaluable opportunity to lead their own classrooms. CfUT runs the summer school programs for 19 Milwaukee and Racine schools and more than 1,500 children.
