With so many of us answering the call to dismantle white supremacy in our faith, additional support for white UUs engaged in racial justice efforts has become critical to carrying the work forward. We so often feel isolated, disheartened, and under assault; being in supportive community is a necessary act of self-care, sometimes even self-preservation.
ARE leadership is offering several online support spaces for members to gather, share stories, strategies, support, and solidarity; to grieve, to lament, to encourage, to re-empower each other; and to be able to feel, deep in our bones, that we are not alone. Calls are limited to ARE membership to be respectful of our accountability to one another.
