Marine Vegetation Atlas Feedback Form
The Nearshore Habitat Program has released a preliminary version of the Marine Vegetation Atlas web map application for user testing and feedback. This form is intended to provide comments on the ease-of-use, functionality, and accuracy of information within the application. We will use this feedback as we continue to develop the data catalog and user interface.

**Please note, the application works best outside of Internet Explorer. We recommend using the application in Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.**

If you discover errors in the vegetation and survey information, please describe them in as much detail as possible For reference, the study name and year are extremely helpful. To refer to specific polygons, use the code (siteid) shown in the lower right hand side of the map that identifies the location of cursor.
