The following information is what we need from you now, but no later than Tuesday, Oct. 2:1) # of meals2) # of no cheese meals3) Time meals would need to be ready for your band. (We will need specific time.)4) Method of payment... we will have a Square Card Reader on site (for sure), and can allow payment by credit/debit card, check or cash, the day of the event, or even ahead of time. We can take payment over the phone with a credit card. Fill out fields below.
We will begin our event prep starting around 10:00am on Saturday, Oct. 6. The event begins at 3pm with the first band performing, and we wrap up the evening with the awards ceremony beginning around 5:30pm.
