Our Shoreline location has a capacity of 65 people (we can fit up to 80 depending on our staffing staffing)
Our Grounded youth center location has a capacity of 30 people

Hourly Rental Base Fee is $75.00/hour

Espresso Barista services are available for an additional $25/ hour  (event menu). You can provide BYOB with your banquet license and proper certificate of insurance place.

We can also create a on-tab barista espresso menu with drinks of your choice
***What is a no host bar? A bar at a social event where guests are required to pay for the drinks themselves
On-site manager is required for all rentals over 40 people $25.00 per event.
***This service can also be purchased for $25.00 for parties under 40 people.

A/V Equipment is available for music & parties starting at $25.00 per event
Party decorating services are available for $150.00 per event
Catering services can be provided if needed. This is with our contracted caterers and we will coordinate this with you.

What you can do:
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your private event.

You will need to provide an Alcohol Banquet Permit for your event if you will be providing alcoholic drinks.
 ***The process to obtain them is easy. What does the permit cost? Banquet permits cost $10 per day for your event, so, a three-day events costs $30,

On-Site Manager will:
-Open and close the space for you
--Will assist with give a cleaning checklist to ensure your deposit is returned
-They will give you a personal tour of the facility and a rundown on cleanup, and setup,
-Contact you to coordinate and ensure is a success!
-Be available for any questions and concerns.

The cleaning deposit fee will be due within 48hrs of your confirmed booking to hold your space. Bookings will be confirmed 2-3 business days following your request.
