Authorised Travel and Pick Up Arrangements Sept 2020 - July 2021
Completion Deadline: Friday, 25th September 2020

Annual Consent
To ensure pupils are only picked up by authorised adults please could you provide a list of nominated people who have permission to pick up your child. We need names of additional authorised adults other than those with parental responsibilities. If one of these people arrives to pick up your child no further checks will be made.

This form supersedes any information you have given to the school previously and this form will be completed annually to ensure we have up to date information to guarantee the safeguarding of the children.

If your pick up arrangements change over the year then please notify the office.

COVID19 Reminder Notes
During these times of COVID19 the advice from the Government in June was for parents only to collect children from school, and some schools are still following this guidance. I appreciate that this isn't always possible, but as staff we are feeling increasingly uncomfortable about releasing children to anyone other than a regular childminder or their parent.

As stated in the newsletter:
- Please avoid playdates if possible from school. At the very least we would prefer it if you collected your child from school and then physically hand them to the playdate family.
- If you are arranging playdates then please email the class teacher via Class Dojo rather than the office.
- Parents must understand that any child who is going on a playdate will be released at 3.20pm only irrespective of their alphabetical order. This way it is the quietest part of the day, there is the greatest opportunity for social distancing and the teachers will be crystal clear as to who is going with whom.
- Please notify the class teacher of any change to adhoc pick up arrangements, due to playdates, via Class Dojo
