YOU ARE HERE: Writing and Mapping - Hands-on poetry writing & collage workshop for teachers mixing story-telling, local roadmaps, handwritten texts, and Google Maps. We'll draw inspiration from data visualizations (trees, webs), poems of place, and ideas for building environmental stewardship through kinship. 

"Ideal for those teaching ecology, geology, geography, studio art and creative writing; naturalistic intelligence and visual-spatial intelligence; those interested in STEAM (STEM + Art/Design); and those teaching grades 7-12." Informal educators and teachers of all grade levels are encouraged to attend!
