Newport Polo welcomes 501(c)3 organizations with a mission of environmental conservation to nominate their organization as the beneficiary of the 24th annual International Polo Charity Ball on
Friday, August 1, 2025, in Newport, RI.
Beneficiary(s) holds the primary responsibility of managing the Live and Silent Auctions, chairing & contributing lots to the Auction, producing the Auction Booklet and running the auction, online and at the event, dedicating leadership and experienced Auction Committee members from the Beneficiary's corps of staff and volunteers that will be supported by a corps of volunteers from Newport Polo, and completing the transactions and final conveyance of all auction items, and compiling a report to be shared with Newport Polo.
Newport Polo organizes the event itself and manages all event logistics before and during the event (excluding the auction), handles ticket sales, planning and contractual vendors, conducts event promotion, raises a wide-reaching level of
awareness for the benefitting organization(s), and provides beneficiary with a captive new
audience of supporters.
