The Incubator is a social impact tech-based learning and resource centre focused on impacting lives and communities by contributing to the development of Nigeria and beyond through Digital Educational advancement, Technological Education & innovation and the development of Nigeria's tech ecosystem.
We also aim to offer sustainable opportunities for technological education, in order to foster the development of the next generation of leaders who will address social and economic challenges through technological innovation. Our efforts are focused on achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 9 while collaborating with global partners on future agendas.
ROLES OF PARTNERS1. Engaging the participants based on training plans
2. Collaborating with other training staffs to develop course objectives and delivery
3. Leading training sessions that are engaging and informative to the learning styles of the participants
4. Understanding your role and responsibilities as well as the rules and safety regulations of the organization.
5. Providing Mentorship and Guidance to the Trainees through out the training programs
6. Conducting of quizzes, assignments, or practical exercises to assess trainee understanding of the material.
7. Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate
8. Offer constructive feedback to program coordinators or curriculum developers on the training's effectiveness and suggest potential improvements for future iterations.
9. Adhering to Training Policies and Procedures to ensure training sessions are conducted according to the organization's established guidelines and safety protocols.

Ability to communicate and explain complex concepts clearly

Staying current with industry trends by keeping updated skills with latest advancement
4. Ability to adapt to diverse learners by catering for different learning styles and tailoring their approach to accommodate trainees with varying levels of prior knowledge.
