Manoteras 24, 28050, Madrid, Spain, contact email address flow@r2msolution.es, is responsible for the processing of the data subject provided in this registration form, as well as, where appropriate, your image and voice data obtained through photographs, audios and videos made during the event.  

Need of the processing: The communication of the data in the registration form by the data subject is necessary to be able to register and participate in the event. 

Legitimation and purposes of the processing: Based on the consent granted by the data subject by checking the corresponding box and sending the completed form, your data will be processed to manage your registration, attendance and participation in the event. Likewise, based on the consent that the data subject grants in the form, by checking the box authorizing the recording of their image and voice, said data will be processed to elaborate contents about the event and publish them in conventional and electronic media channels owned by R2M and the consortium partners in FLOW project, such as press releases, reports, news, websites and official pages on social networks of these entities. This publication entails an act of massive and universal communication of information of the data subject to any user of the aforementioned media. The authorization for the exploitation of the rights is granted in any form of exploitation, without any time limitation, free of charge and for a worldwide scope. 

Recipients: Based on the legal consent granted by the data subject in the registration form, their data will be communicated to the consortium partners in the FLOW project, whose names can be consulted here, to send to the data subject information about the development of the project, publications or events related to it.

In any case, to achieve the indicated purposes, the data may be processed by third parties that provide auxiliary services, support tasks and systems administration to R2M and to the organizers of the event, by signing the corresponding data processing contracts.

Transfers: The data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations.

Conservation: The data will be kept as long as the purpose is maintained and the interested data subject does not request the deletion of the same, and during the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.

Rights: The data subject can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the prior consent to its withdrawal, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, by means of a written request to R2M at the postal address Av. Manoteras 24, 28050, Madrid, Spain or at the email address data@r2msolution.es, indicating the right they exercise and proving their identity by any means valid in Law. Likewise, the data subject has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C / Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.agpd.es, telephone 912 663 517, when they consider that the exercise of their rights has not been satisfied.
