2025 Always Fun Markets Event Details, Rules, and Application Form
Event Locations and Times:
  • Cedar Park Lakeline Markets: 9 am to 3 pm Address: 11066 Pecan Park Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 (In front of PetSmart, next to Pluckers)
  • Wolf Ranch Shopping Center Markets (Georgetown): 10 am to 4 pm Address: 2323 Wolf Ranch Parkway, Georgetown, TX 78628 (In front of Ross and Just Love Coffee shop)
General Rules: 1. Application and Approval Process:
  • Submit your application with photos of  your product/booth setup. Complete all the options below.
  • There is limited space for each vendor category. Once you have been approved, you will be sent a payment link. Please submit payment as soon as possible to secure your space. Your space is only secured once payment has been received and confirmed.
2. Fees and Payment:
  • Standard Booth Space Fee for 10' x 10' Area (not including Special Events):
    Cedar Park: $55
    Georgetown: $65
    If you require a larger space for your business please inquire for Special Pricing (Same Business Only $30 Additional for 10' x 20').
  • Payment will be processed through an Invoice upon application approval.
  • DO NOT send payment without receiving approval for each specific event you've applied for.
  • Submit the booth fee before the specified deadline to secure your spot.
  • Refund or Cancellation Policy: All events are "Rain or Shine". We do not offer refunds, however, if a show is cancelled due to extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, Always Fun Markets will provide a make-up date at no additional charge.
3. Equipment Requirements:
  • Canopy requirement: 10'x10', or smaller, with 40lbs of weight per leg, as required by the Fire Department. (If you do NOT have the appropriate weights, you may be asked to leave the market, as this is a liability issue)
  • Approval needed for setting up and selling from a trailer or vehicle; please inquire for details.
  • Please bring all necessary equipment. No tables, chairs, or canopies will be provided.
  • Electricity is NOT available at the venues. If you decide to bring your own generator, you MUST LET US KNOW so we can place you accordingly ahead of time.
4. Market Operations:
  • Must arrive and be fully set up by the specified times for each market. These details will be emailed to you prior to the event.
  • No breakdown before the specified end of market time.
  • Early departure (without approval) or driving through the active market results in instant disqualification for attending future events or markets.
  • Seek permission from an Always Fun Market coordinator for emergencies or urgent needs so we can safely handle the situation.
  • Any special requests need to be made and approved prior to the event.
5. Hold Harmless and No Liability:
  • Vendors agree to hold Always Fun Markets harmless from any claims.
  • Always Fun Markets is not liable for damage, injury, theft, or loss during the event.
  • Vendors agree to follow all Always Fun Markets guidelines and rules, for safety and to ensure a smooth event for everyone.
