If you are an experienced tradeswoman working in construction, manufacturing, transit or utilities in the Philadelphia region, and can commit to a year-long relationship with an aspiring tradeswoman, we welcome you to apply to be a mentor for the trainees in the Women in Nontraditional Careers (WINC) Tradeswomen Readiness Program (TRP).  After you apply, someone from WINC will contact you with next steps.
