Your proposed session should be relevant to meeting and event professionals, and event marketers. Your presentation must fit into one of the six tracks:
- Business Skills
- Diversity- Event Marketing and Social Media-
- Trends and Research
We favor fresh ideas, new angles and perspectives. We will however consider presentations that may have been presented before. We will not accept sales pitches disguised as educational workshops.
Most sessions are 45 minutes long and should offer time for Q&A. The audience will be seated theatre style. Our Table Top Presentations will be more intimate discussions with a handful of attendees visiting at a time.
We generally do not compensate speakers for travel, accommodation or speaking fees. We believe that speaking at our conference offers an incredible opportunity for speakers to engage with our community, and gain value through exposure.

All speaker applications must be submitted using this form no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, February 16, 2018. Selected speakers will be contacted on Friday, February 23, 2018 around noon. Once selected you will be requested to submit a headshot, company logo, as well as accept our speaker terms.
