Artisan/Food Vendor Application - Laurel Cove Music Festival
Thank you for your interest in vending at Laurel Cove Music Festival! We are incredibly humbled with the response from our attendees and how quickly our tickets have sold this year. Interest in vending has also grown, but being a small festival comes with making tough decisions as we just cannot accommodate everyone who applies as space is very limited. Please be sure to fill out the application fully to ensure we have all the needed information as we navigate the decision making process. There will be a separate application for food vendors, this is for artisan/craft vendors only. 

-You will have enough space for a 10x10 EZUP. Electricity is extremely limited, please be sure you bring everything you need to operate (battery powered lights, etc) without it. 

-No loud generators. Small, quiet ones may be used as long as they do not interfere with music.

-Vending fee is $200, this covers 2 people. Additional people at $50. If selected, payment information to follow. 

-Primary vending area will be at the Creekside Stage, locations to be assigned. Inside of the main cove area is extremely limited, 

-You must arrive EARLY, by 8am on Friday to set up. Gates will be a bit earlier on Friday this year and it is impossible to get you to a spot to unload once folks are arriving.Thursday evening arrivals can be accomodated. 

-Camping for vendors is limited.
