ASBTE Regional Showcases 2025

This year, the ASBTE Regional Showcases will be held on Friday 28 November in 6 respective regions, all with one central abstract submission.

Exact times and venues are announced on the individual registration portals: Western Australia , South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and New Zealand.

Abstract submission still open for Western Australia and South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland. Abstracts are maximum 300 words.

Participation is free but you must be an active ASBTE member to present. Memberships are available at asbte.org/shop for $40 (students) or $80 (regular) and have many more perks including discount on the registration for the annual conference (next: 7-10 April 2026 in Adelaide).

NOTE: Memberships for 2026 include Nov & Dec 2025 and are available at asbte.org/shop.

There are two options for presentations:

1) Rapid-fire (4 mins + 1 min Q&A)

2) Oral presentation (8 min + 2 min Q&A)
