Maryland PT Compact Registration Form
The Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners requires all PT Compact Applicants to register and take the Maryland Jurisprudence Exam prior to applying for the Maryland PT Compact Privilege.
This is an open book test based on the
Maryland Practice Act
.
You have two attempts to pass the exam with a minimum score of 90%. If you fail a second time you must notify the Board by email at mdh.bpteadmin@maryland.gov.
