Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District
The Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District (DWBID) was established in November 2018. The District encompasses approximately 78 acres of downtown Worcester. Property owners in this footprint have come together to implement a Business Improvement District (BID) as an equitable structure to focus additional investment and sustain downtown momentum. The funds generated in this District will go towards additional services including but not limited to beautification, safety and hospitality services, events, placemaking and marketing.

As a property owner in this BID, we invite you to participate in this exciting new initiative by attending our first annual meeting to establish a Board of Directors on December 19, 2018 at 5:30pm. The location will be at The Hanover Theatre Event Center located at 551 Main Street. Please RSVP to Worcesterbid1@gmail.com if you plan on attending.
