Registration for 2025 Summer School is now open for both Centennial Virtual Academy (CVA) and Centennial High School (CHS).  Summer school will be held starting Monday, July 7 - Friday, July 25.  More information will follow.

Credit Recovery is a computer-based learning environment designed to give students another chance to earn credit for a class they previously failed. The program uses an online program called Edgenuity. Students are able to complete the course at their own pace after watching instructional videos and examples.

-In person attendance at Credit Recovery is required, BUT you are expected / required to also work outside of school hours to realistically have an opportunity to finish a course.

-However, all tests must be completed in the presence of a credit recovery instructor.
 
-There is no charge for Credit Recovery

-Only one unexcused absence is allowed. Upon the second unexcused absence, your account may be disabled.

-To excuse an absence call 503-762-6180, bring a note from parent/guardian, and/or email scott_olson@csd28j.org

Counselors will verify that students have registered for the appropriate classes/credits.  Each student may complete more than one class each session as long as they complete one before starting the next.
