Esports Coach for the NAVI Youth roster
We are currently looking for an experienced Esports Coach for our NAVI Youth roster. The job will include training and developing our up-and-coming players, fostering a positive professional environment and helping us build the next generation of champions.

Responsibilities:
- Find the best upcoming talents and build a prominent academy roster;
- Develop and execute training programs to improve player skills, teamwork, and game understanding;
- Mentor players, help them grow not just as competitors but also as professionals in the esports industry.
- Analyze gameplay, including that of competitors, to make strategic recommendations and tactical adjustments;
- Foster a positive team environment, manage interpersonal dynamics, and promote good sportsmanship;
- Work together with management to align team strategies and player development with organizational objectives;
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to players and management.
