Vendors set-up is from 9:00am-10:00am. The vendor area will be active from 10:00am-2:45pm. You are expected to be present at your table between 10:00am and 2:45pm and 1 complimentary lunch will be provided per vendor registration. Tear-down will begin at is 3:00pm and vendors should be completed and have exited the building by 3:45pm.
Vendors are responsible for setting up their displays and must be completely set-up by 10am. Table and chairs will be provided. Please note that we are not permitted to bring in ANY FOOD or DRINK into the venue. This includes your personal food or drink or things such as water bottles or candy as giveaways for your table.
Spaces will be assigned only after receipt of the vendor fee which will be sent out to you once you have been approved as a vendor via email. Within a few days prior to the conference, you will receive further instructions regarding the day’s events and specifics on set-up.
