NCI Imaging Data Commons (IDC) is a cloud-based repository of publicly available cancer imaging data co-located with the analysis and exploration tools and resources. You can learn more about IDC at

The purpose of the workshop is to:
* introduce the attendees to IDC, its mission, current status and future plans for development
* develop basic understanding of the organization of data in IDC, and its main components and capabilities that support access to the data
* through hands-on exercises using Google Colab notebook(s), demonstrate how data from IDC can be queried, visualized, downloaded, and how open source image analysis tools can be applied to IDC data
Prerequisites:
* computer with Chrome browser installed
