This form is for the purposes of booking all or part of Wray Village Institute, An email address is required to start the process. The email address provided will solely be used for the purposes of making the booking and communicating with regards to the booking. It will not be shared with any other organisations without explicit consent.

These are the details of the person wishing to make the booking. This person agrees to act as a point of contact that Wray Institute Committee can liaise with. Where an organisation wishes to book the hall this must be a nominated representative of that organisation with autonomy to deal with the Institute Committee. This person will be responsible and accountable for all activities undertaken as part of the booking. The Hirer agrees to the hire of the facilities as detailed in the form below and the terms stated and agrees to be subject to the standard and special conditions of hire detailed at the link below. All of these items are deemed to form part of the contract and submission of this form is considered to be acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms as stated.

Standard Conditions of Hire
The standard conditions of hire cover among other things, the Hirer's responsibility for the supervision of behaviour and avoidance of damage from the agreed use, liability for damage, compliance with all relevant legal requirements, safety of all present and particularly children, neighbourhood nuisance, cancellation provisions, closure arrangements (leaving the premises safe, clean, tidy and secure after use).
Special Conditions of Hire
The special conditions of hire cover in detail the obligation of the hirer in respect of any licensed/controlled/permitted activities, details relating to fire precaution and supervision, care of fittings and furniture, catering arrangements, smoking prohibition and deposit.
