My Startup Origin Story
Share your startup’s origin story for the Startup Campus website by completing this form. We’re especially interested in how you and your company leveraged UC Berkeley programs, facilities, and mentorship during the startup's early months and years. 

Please include noteworthy ups and downs of your startup’s journey, such as navigating from the brink of bankruptcy to IPO, acquisition, or merger.

We welcome submissions from founders affiliated with UC Berkeley as students in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs, staff, and faculty, as well as companies founded to commercialize intellectual property licensed from UC Berkeley.
