Every two years, Democrats in California elect assembly district level delegates to the California state Democratic Party. As a registered Democrat, these delegates are YOUR representatives in the party, who vote on endorsements statewide and in your district, and on other party business. Voting in the ADEMs is a great way to participate and help make sure that we're represented by good people at the state level, who will cast thoughtful ballots for Democratic candidate endorsements and for the leadership of the state party, and are actually responsive to the rank and file voters who support Democrats.
You can vote for up to 14 candidates on your ballot. We are running as a team of 14 dedicated Democratic activists, organizers, staffers, and local elected and appointed officials to serve as your voice in the party.
