*PLEASE READ FIRST* This form will serve as a waitlist for my services. I ask that you answer each question below with as much info as possible, then once you have completed this form please text me pictures of your quilt and I will let you know by text when I am ready for you to mail your quilt to me. I will quilt them in the order they are received at my address below.

Extra Small/Tiny - Very dense E2E quilting $.05 - $.08 + per square inch (Pricing may increase depending on stitch time)

Small - Small density E2E quilting $.04 - $.05 per square inch (Pricing may increase depending on stitch time)

Standard/Small-Medium - Medium density E2E $.03 per square inch (Pricing may increase depending on stitch time)

Large - Large density E2E Price $.025 per square inch (This option is only available for some pantos shown on my website))

If you are looking for a budget friendly panto at $.02 please let me know and we can discuss options

Thread Color? I use Glide Thread 40wt or 60wt - There will be a Needle & Thread fee of $12 added to each quilt or $6 for baby quilts *

Is you backing at least 5" larger on all 4 sides & is your quilt top square? I will send back any extra fabric after trimming, so you will not loose the extra, but I can NOT load to my long arm frame if the backing fabric is too small. Also, if your quilt top is not square or your borders are too long causing wave, I can not guarantee the outcome, some puckers may result and additional fees may be added for extra time and pressing. No refunds will be issued. *

Is the quilt front or backing directional? *

Yes - I already put a post-it-note on the top left of the front and backing

My backing is pieced and I want it centered - extra fees may apply if your backing is not square and needs to be trimmed before loading

After the quilting is complete, I will trim your quilt 1/4 inch from the edge and return the trimmed fabric. This is included in my E2E price. *

You send prepared binding and Gina will attach by machine to the quilt front, then client to finish hand binding -$.16 per linear inch

I'm interested in your hand binding service - I understand that it can only be scheduled as Gina's schedule will allow -$.35 per linear inch
