CCAM Backpack Registration
Registration forms are due by August 12th.

Pick-up at the Salvation Army in Hancock is either August 21, from 4 to 7 pm or August 22nd from 10 am to 1 pm.
Pick-up at the L'Anse Methodist Church is August 22nd from 10 am to 1 pm.
Pick-up at Angel Mission is August 29th from 10 am to 2 pm.

You will choose your preferred pick-up location and date later in the form.

You must show a valid ID when picking up backpacks.
