Class #1 (10:30-11:20am) :  Kung Fu / Wushu 10:30-11:20am 
Class #2 (11:30-12:00pm):  Kung Fu Application / Conditioning  (optional but recommended)


Tuition - Class Fees
$120.00 / month - 1st month check (102 Action Design) or cash.  
Every month after, credit or debit card on file for recurring payments with STRIPE (link)

$35.00 drop-in - Cash, Zelle, Venmo

1st month class dues can be paid in person by cash or check to "102 Action Design."

After the 1st month, a credit or debit card is required to be on file with our STRIPE account for automatic recurring payments - no exceptions.  Any student may cancel enrollment with a 30 day email notice submitted to info@precisionstrikekungfu.com.  Card on file will be charged on the anniversary date of each month until cancelled.

Waiver & Release

I do hereby agree to allow myself and/or my child(ren) to participate in 102 Action Design's Wushu program (Precision Strike Kung Fu) lead by Phillip Dang. 


I recognize the risks of injury that are common to any performing arts program that my child participates in and I do hereby waive and release 102 Action Design and any physical location in which 102 Action Design operates out of from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, liabilities, expense of judgments, including attorney's fees and court costs, that arise out of my and/or my child’s participation in this program. I hereby execute this Waiver and Release form permitting myself and/or my minor child to participate in 102 Action Design's Wushu program.
