COLAGE Family Week 2017 Scholarship Application
Family Week is a week-long event where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, and/or queer (LGBTQ) parented families grow together in Provincetown, MA. For 22 years, Family Week has supported and inspired, fostered community and friendships, and addressed the unique joys and challenges that arise for LGBTQ families through a week of programs, events, and celebrations. As the largest national gathering of the LGBTQ-headed family community, we invite you to join us for a week you will not forget!
COLAGE believes in making our programming and organization accessible to all families regardless of income or financial status. As an organization committed to economic justice, we acknowledge that assistance applications can be invasive and require proof and lots of paperwork. We hope to make the scholarship as easy and un-invasive as possible so we use this basic scholarship form that we ask all folks fill out. We are welcome to feedback on this process and form. Information on this form will only be used by COLAGE’s scholarship committee and is confidential. We will review your application and reply within two weeks of receiving your completed application. Our funds are on a first come first serve basis so please reply at your earliest convenience to insure funds are still available. All scholarship applications due by June 30, 2017.
