All clubs & organizations are required to submit a community service approval form 2 weeks in advance of a proposed service project.
The contact person who submits the form can expect an email response with approval or request for additional information after submission within 2-3 weekdays.
The purpose of this form is to support your group’s effort, offer assistance with preparation and planning, avoid project duplication, track the community service and volunteer efforts of our clubs and organizations, and ensure that your project aligns with the Core Values of Marywood.
