What kind of vendor space do you need?
I will be bringing a food truck.
I will need a 10x10 space.
How much space does your food truck need?
Each restaurant is required to sell small unique street tacos at the price of $2.00 a piece. You are encouraged to sell separate items besides your tacos at any price, for example, chips and salsa, guacamole, and queso. Each restaurant is required to provide proof of limited liability insurance and transfer said insurance to Fargo Brewing Company for the day. Proper food handling and safety are of course required. We are expecting between 1000-1500 guests, so please bring enough taco ingredients to suffice. Each restaurant is required to provide all eating utensils including, plates, fork and napkins. Signage for available tacos and their ingredients are also required.
Waiver of Liability
'Dia Del Taco' reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless 'Dia Del Taco', their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by Fargo Brewing Co, 'Dia Del Taco' or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property.
