Questions you'll find in the first half of the survey are mostly data-oriented. We use this data to keep track of our member's progress.
The questions in the later sections are directed towards goals, ambitions and challenges your organization faces. We highly recommend that you use the answers as a means for communicating the current state of your organization.
This information will not be used to disqualify your application and will rather serve to help IDEA determine the kind of support your organisation needs and understand the broader landscape of debate organisations and the conditions they operate in. In the long term, information such as this should help us provide more meaningful support to our members.
There are multiple checkpoints throughout the survey where you can save your progress and continue with the remaining questions later. After saving your progress, you will receive an email from Google Forms containing the link to your saved form.
We will use your responses to improve our collaboration and empower our network. To that end, if you are uncertain about any information pertaining to your organization, please consult with other members before you submit your answers in order to make sure the information is correct.
