Fall 2014 Tutoring Registration Form
Fall 2014 policies and procedures will not deviate from the recent past. We will continue to ask for 48-hours notice for all schedule changes. As before all students are required to commit to a minimum of 4-hours of tutoring a month (with the exception of September - with only a 3-hour minimum). Students pay for tutoring a month in advance, and all additional hours of tutoring will be billed the subsequent month. In other words January payment will be paid the first week of December and February payment will be due the first week of January. If a student meets more than the pre-determined amount, those meeting times will be billed on the subsequent month's invoice.
