For our premium food package, our North Indian Chef will prepare naan on the spot, freshly baked for your guests from a traditional tandoor oven.

★ A minimum of 20 pax or $900 spend is required for all catering events (whichever is lower)
★ A surcharge will be added on Fri-Sun/ Eve of Public Holidays/Public Holidays: $80 transport / $100 equipment.
★ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, and balance payment is due on the day of the event. The booking is considered confirmed only when payment of initial deposit has cleared.
★ The above quotation is valid for a period of 7 days
★ No increase to headcount are allowed 72 hours prior to event. Decreases are not permitted.
★ All items and equipment loaned for the period of usage remain the property of Bar Bar Black Sheep (A Matter of Taste Pte Ltd) and client will be liable for any damages incurred, payable within 48 hours of the event.
★ Breakage of >5% of glassware is chargable.
★ All professional equipment (including Tandoor Oven, beer tap) should be manned and operated only by authorised Bar Bar Black Sheep personnel at all times. We will not be liable for any misadventure as a result of the usage of any of our equipment, accidental or otherwise.
★ All catering event venues may be subject to a site survey at our discretion, and we reserve the right not to proceed with an event if the venue is deemed unsuitable.
★ Any event held above or below ground level must provision for loading ramps and/or lifts for the passage of goods and setup.
★ Additional hours of bar or food beyond stipulated time will be chargeable, and is subject to approval.
★ Intoxicated patrons will be refused service of alcohol.
★ Freeflow timing will be regulated by Bar Bar Black Sheep staff whilst stocks last, and is not negotiable.
★ While all efforts will be made to adhere to the quoted menu, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to substitute any item quoted with an equivalent item.
★ If Bar Bar Black Sheep as the vendor gives notice that it is unable to fulfil the event, the deposit will be refunded and we will not be liable for any further damages.
★ The client shall bare all responsibility to ensure all requisite venue licences and permits are secured prior to the event if required, and to produce them to our staff as needed.
