2026 Fall Teacher Travel Assistance Application
WildFire is excited to be able to offer financial assistance with travel expenses to entice instructors from outside the New England area to teach at our retreats. Instructors can apply to be reimbursed for up to $300. Remittance will be provided on-site once all receipts have been submitted.

In order to receive compensation, instructors must teach a minimum of three workshops. Please note, this form is not the workshop application, you must complete that separately. Include only a brief synopsis here, for example: “oxbow, intermediate, a variety of off-body moves.”

Travel compensation is intended to offset the cost of travel to and from WildFire only, it does not include a ticket to WildFire. WildFire is a unique, small, intensive event where we offer food and hot showers to all attendees. We also provide basic lodging for all travel instructors if desired. As such we do not have comp tickets. Fellowship tickets to the event are available on an as needed basis, applications for fellowship tickets can be found elsewhere on our site.

WIldFire is located in Ashford, CT. The nearest airport is Bradley International in Windsor Locks, CT.

COMPENSATION IS DEPENDENT ON RECEIPTS. SAVE ALL RECEIPTS. YOU CAN SEND US DIGITAL COPIES OR HAND US PHYSICAL RECEIPTS ON SITE. 

RECEIPTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS POST-EVENT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
