"Personal Finance: The Basics" Workshop

The workshop will begin at 6:30 pm with a 20 minute presentation by Mr. Bond to students about spending less than you make.  He will also review simple investment options for those students who have cobbled together some savings, as well as some basic tips on picking stocks.

Mr. Reynolds will then speak for 20 minutes to parents about the basics of personal finance as a family (ie: saving for college and retirement, managing a personal balance sheet, insurances, and estate documents).

Students and families will have the opportunity to take part in a Q&A during the final 15 minutes of the presentation.  

Sometimes the hardest part of managing personal finances is to know what questions to start asking.  Our goal is to provide something helpful to everyone!
