In between maker games, team activities, relay races, dance breaks, and fountain-hopping around the beautiful Crystal Springs campus, Girl Possible (GP) ignites life-changing moments for girls to discover their leadership potential, build creative confidence, and explore ways they can make a real difference in the world, starting today. This summer, we are hiring a small team of counselors known as Captains (ages 16+) to create a diverse and cohesive staff that is the heart, soul, and motor of Camp Girl Possible.

Camp Captains
This summer, we are hiring a small team of captains (ages 16+) to create a diverse and cohesive staff that is the heart, soul, and motor of Camp Girl Possible. If you are interested in inspiring and working 1:1 with young girls, growing as a leader, role model, and mentor, and making a real impact this summer in a fast-paced, creative, and fun environment, then Camp Girl Possible might be perfect for you.
As a captain, you can look forward to:
• Working directly with teams of girls, and facilitating fun team games and challenges
• Lead hands-on design thinking and leadership activities
• Helping with set-up and clean-up
• Getting real with girls and guiding meaningful conversations about life, school, and
beyond
• Collaborating with your team of captains to help shape the camp culture
• Having a blast while making a real impact in young girls’ lives

There is no “ideal” captains; we have no mold to fit. The unique contributions from each
individual captain will make the magic of Camp Girl Possible, well, possible :) We sincerely
hope this application process allows you to express the talents and perspectives that you would bring to this staff.

Application Process:

2. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, so the sooner you turn in your
application the better! We will reach out to you within a week to set up an in-person interview
with Konner Brewer, who is helping to oversee captains recruitment this year.
3. If you are selected to move forward, we will organize a final round interview (either on
