Homecoming Dance Eligibility Waiver
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements to attend Homecoming 2024, please fill out the form below to request a waiver to attend.

To assist in the review of your request for a waiver, please submit supporting documentation to the attendance office to explain recorded absences. Examples of supporting documentation: doctor's notes, parent notes, etc... can be dropped off at the attendance office or emailed to oconnorattendance@nisd.net.

The last day to submit a waiver request is Friday, October 18th, 2024.
