Prior to submitting this Nippers registration form, the following mandatory components must be completed: - All parents/guardians and nippers must be members of the Apollo Bay SLSC and the club membership must have been paid (this must be renewed every year). Please ensure you select Nipper Family +/- Additional Nipper as the Membership Category.- All parents/guardians must have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
