UMI hosts the Women's/FINTA Rights Weekender on the 7+8+9th March. The weekender begins with two engaging talks at UMI from 18:30 to 20:45, with professionals from the cultural, nightlife and music sectors.

We’ll discuss the actual state of the sector, challenge its structure, further the dialogue for more women/FINTA representation and accessibility, both backstage and on the dancefloor. 

This will be followed by a networking drink at 20:45, offering a chance to meet, exchange, and build connections within the community.

The Women’s/FINTA Rights Weekender is the result of collective work by the entire UMI team and the help of close partners, who share the vision of challenging structures of nightlife and fostering a scene that is more diverse, inclusive, and representative.
