Andy Pudicombe suggests that asking yourself questions in 2nd person can assist you in getting to straight answers (without self-filtering). Thanks for filling this out before each meeting!  This will help us hit the ground running.

Note that you can choose Level 1, or Level 1 & 2 or Level 1, 2 & 3 -  depending on your willingness and interest.
