The deadline for Management Team applications is 11.59pm, Tuesday 18th March.
You will then be contacted for interview by the Directors, Susie and Simar, the following day to arrange a 30 minute interview. Susie and Simar will be joined in the interview by the current holder of the first preference role you have applied for.
Interviews will take place from Thursday 20th to Monday 24th .
These will be conducted online.As we have mentioned, please do take the time to meet those currently in the roles you are applying for. Make sure you scope out the associated tasks, time commitments and major milestones in the role as the interview will largely focus on what you want to do with the role and with FreshSight more broadly.
Decisions will be made shortly after
and we will be in touch to discuss the handover process shortly after. You will be considered to be officially "in role" from this point, although responsibilities will be shared with the current team until the 1st May. Outgoing Managers and Directors will be contactable after they vacate their posts and will all do their best to support you all as you enter your new roles and get settled into running FreshSight!
