Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and document:

  • Menu of existing and new authentic IPE learning opportunities
  • Integrated process for identifying and tracking LEAP participation
  • Sustainable model for required interprofessional debriefing/reflection 
  • Interprofessional evaluative assessments (site and learner outcomes)
  • Enhanced learner interprofessional onboarding
  • Site resources/contacts for navigating barriers
  • All processes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned in the LEAP Interprofessional Champion role, to be shared with the site and University
