Grades 9-10 Small Group Session Signup - Fall and Winter dates
This form is for selecting session dates for the Grades 9-10 Small Group program. You must be registered for the upcoming year before you select dates; if you still need to register, please go to to print and complete the form.

Here's how it works: Each student will select two dates, one under Session #1 and one under Session #2. There is a limit of 65 students per session on a first come, first served basis. If you need to change your date choice after you respond, please refer to the email confirmation you receive from Google Forms and click the "Edit Response" button to make that change.
