Please note: the user is required to remove rubbish to outside hoppers and to ensure the building is locked up/lights out at end. All events must finish by 12:50 AM. Arrangements can be made for a visit the following morning to remove decorations/rubbish, etc. No BYO alcohol is allowed. If bar is to be open it operates with Card Only sales (no cash) and club appointed bar staff will be hired to manage it at the expense of the user. This form will be sent to facilities@smdsc.com.au.
