    This form must be completed in its entirety and event approved before the event can be scheduled or publicized. Any organization proposing an event must be a registered student organization prior to requesting approval for an event. All event proposals must be submitted two weeks prior to any event. **NOTE: This form is for ALL student organization events. This includes events both inside (such as a classroom, Lou's Place, or Carter Conference), and outside (such as the campus Mall area or tabling events). There will be space to input your location preferences later in the form.
